hi so I took my fingerprints 7 months ago and they were update on my green card case and my work permit case right after I my appointment. 4 days ago my advance parol case stopped saying “received” and now it was also update to fingerprints were applied to your case. Does that mean I’m close to get approved?:(

please my brother really need help is anyone got similar case if yes what to do
my brother wife is a citizen they got married 2years ago and they submitted their case, and he got 2 years conditional green without interview .
now they separate but still married, but they don’t live together no more…
the problem is that immigration sent him a letter saying that his wife got married again to someone else. meaning that now she got 2 husband , because they didn’t get divorce
for that raison they denied all his cases and the conditional green card too…
so please what kind he do now to fix his case. ????? she’s not picking nobody call
📣Service Inquiries Submitted I-485 🔔
Since a few of you advised me, I submitted a request to USCIS for my Pending I-485.
A few of you guys here might not know about my case stage: VAWA is approved, I received a RFE for Medicals and Submitted it back in June!
No updates since then.
TODAY I WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, MADE A FEW PHONE CALLS, SPOKE WITH CONGRESSMAN OFFICE, SUBMITTED A SERVICE REQUEST TO USCIS ONLINE, DRAFTED A LETTER FOR VERMONT OFFICE, (even though currently the case is in NBC) AND WILL MAIL IT TOMORROW.
This is just so ridiculous :)
