seems like thats the case now so yes. Uscis staff is just similar to a dmv staff. No one cares, no one seems to want to solve any problem within the system.

@Tanya CB EB3 Unskilled's worst scenario is this move until Feb/2021. I think Junuary VB will cover all 2020, but I don't know.
