RFE Response
Blessed day USCIS family, it’s been a month since RFE was requested and 24 days since USCIS received my response to the RFE. I was excited to hear something from them on the 12th of October and now I’m anxious and desperate to hear from them again, but I check everyday and so far nothing. God, keep my spirit and mind calm, light and positive. This journey is a rough one. Praying for an approval soon. 🙏🏼❤️

How much more do I need to wait? :( i-212 waiver
i-212 Arrived at Nebraska Uscis Office on September/2/2021, still in the "wait line", I've seen so many i-212 being approved so quick in the matter of 7days to 15 months, I wonder why my case is taking so much! It's heartbreaking :( #i-212 Also they never respond to my inquiries

MyProgress tab feature
The progress tab feature is a joke and I do not know my USCIS remove it and bring it back when it is actually working. It just creates anxiety and false hope.
So this is mine not that I believe any of it but thought to share for others who are new and see it as a hope
Applied 25 Dec 2022 and directly showed 11 months on the 5th month changed to 4 weeks, after the 4 weeks changed to "Taking longer than expected" stayed that way for few months then changed to 5 weeks, once the 5 weeks ended changed to "Taking longer than expected" stayed like that for few weeks then changed to 2 months. Today it changed to 5 weeks and the wait continues.

hi, to everyone that has been approved congratulations, to everyone still waiting i wish you get approved too.
please on Nov 7, I was Documentary Qualified and now I'm on the wait for when the embassy sends an interview date.

Hello everyone, anybody got status changed from fingerprint taken to case remains pending? my status got changed to cpr on September 30 and i485 j approved on October 2. Does anyone experienced this situation??
does it mean interview waived or what would be the next status after this any info on that?
so after having like this does anyone requested foia if so what’s showing on foia??

Biometrics question
Hello all
I got my conditional green card back in April 2023, this year, but unfortunately, we’re divorced and now I’m removing the conditions on my own. So the question is, I’m traveling to my home country next month, and I’m filing forms this month, what happens if I get a biometrics appointment when I’m not here? I was given biometrics back in 2021 for a conditional green card, will USCIS request biometrics again? If yes, I won’t be here in the US during that time, any options? Suggestions? The help would be greatly appreciated.
