Hello everyone, I am pending I130 abroad case for my husband and wanted to know if applying for K3 will help speed up the process and is it free? I am April 2023 filer stand-alone. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

i applied I-130 for my wife and waited for 2 years with no decision then we applied K3 visa after few months we got approved on i-130 and denied on k3 visa so i think yes it will help..but unfortunately we’re stuck again with i-824 because of a small mistake in i-130 application
