Medical Examination Report and 90 Day Rule
Hello everyone, I would like to ask. My wife has a green card. I entered us with a tourist visa at the end of August. Now I want to submit a 485. My lawyer told me that it is not recommended to submit a medical examination report that is less than 90 days old after entering . There is a risk of being rejected.
NVC Documents Review time
I wanted to know when will my documents be reviewed by NVC. I have just submitted all the documents on November 6th to NVC and wanted to know when will they start reviewing my documents. As of now they’re reviewing documents that were submitted on October 26. Will my documents be reviewed this coming week or not.
