priority date current after retrogression
my current case status is case moved to another office.
based on the new visa bulletin, my EB1 Will be current.
when can I expect my GC? It it picked up for processing automatically next month when new visa bulletin is active.

it really depends. My PD was current for 8months but retrogressed. It does not mean thats its current for January it would be current by next month so there is no timeline when will you get your GC.

@J A that’s true and possible. I was current last year and it retrogressed for almost an year, and now it’s going to be current again. So let’s see what happens.
