wait game. in same boat, waiting for the past month +11 days

when my PD became current I received an RFE letter about a month after. I submitted the response more than 3 weeks ago and no updates yet. My PD is June/2022

I applied my I485 and I140 together. I Got my RFE for my medical exams in April. May month my case status changed to case remains pending.

PD July 8th 2022 eb2 anyone got there green card yet from July

Why did they put November 1st on the January bulletin if those who applied in July are still pending?

@David USA I don’t know. Maybe they hope they still can make decision in many of them. Let’s cross our fingers. I’m among the ones who are waiting. I’m June 2022.

@David USA also, I think the I140 needs to be approved first, doesn’t it? I don’t know bc mine was not filled concurrently, first I had the 140 approved, and after that I could submit the 485 when my filing date was current.

@Li S When you apply while already living in the United States, you can apply I140, I131, I765 and I485 together. That's what my lawyer did. He said it speeds up the process. I've already done my RFE for medical exams in April 2023 with my priority date being September 2022.

@Li S did you have the status « case remains pending » at any point?if yes, when?

@V A No. My status hasn’t even changed from the RFE sent yet. Even though I already responded to it. Mine is stuck with no updates. I think at least their updates could be more reliable.
