i-360 biometrics
hey guys I have a question about biometrics on i-360, I applied for it in may 2021 then few months later I applied for i-485 but I’ve never received a letter for biometrics. For my working permit that I applied for during that time the used fingerprints from my marriage case and I just recently did biometrics again in august for my working permit again. is it normal that I never received a notice for fingerprints?

I filed an i-130 petition for my minor children as a lpr but i become a citizen and petition is still pending a decision my son is above 21 when i become a citizen but i filed as a lpr for F2A category but uscis upgraded the category to F-1 i initially filed the petition from new york but later on moved to texas and got citizenship from texas. is cuthill v. blinken decision in second circuit applies to me as petition was filed from new york to make the category to Immediate Relative
Waiting for NVC to get DQ
Hello friends! USCIS approved my case in first week of august. i submitted my documents to NVC, but i got some queries in my documents. so uploaded the documents again last week . Can anyone please tell me how much time it will take for my Documents to get qualify or give response on my documents.
