primary approved and dependent waiting for almost 1.5 months now. no update

dependent is at local fo, might be waiting for interview or just waiting for processing

@Waiting GC A service request is one way, when they respond you will know the exact location of your case

@M P M when we talked to USCIS, they told us it is at our local FO and the last day it was worked on was the day they issued an RFE for me the Principal applicant

@Waiting GC service request seems to work for some people, it takes 30 days to hear back from them

@M P M Country - India Category - EB3 straight Concurrent filing - No Processing center NBC PD Sep 2011 RD June 14 2023 Dates retrogressed on July 1 2023 FP - July 14 2023 at local FO Dates current on Oct 1 2023 Nov 09 2023 - Case transferred to Non Local FO (Los Angeles), knew this info through emma and voice call Nov 20 2023 - Case transferred to Local FO Nov 28 2023 - RFE Issued by Local FO - Missing employer signature on I-485J Dec 01 2023 - RFE receive via mail Dec 01 2023 - Response sent out same day via Fedex Dec 04 2023 - RFE response received, case status also updated to show this information Dec 06 2023 - New Card Being Produced Dec 07 2023 - Case Approved Dec 13 2023 - Card Shipped Dec 16 2023 - Card in hand via USPS Dec 18 2023 - Derivate(spouse) I-485 case status changed to New Card Being Produced.

@M P M - we contacted USCIS via phone as well as chat 5 days back and they gave us information about where her case is and when it was last worked on (Local FO and the day they issued a RFE on my case), apart from that info they said we just have to wait.
