help please.
so basically my husband file for me and my daughter. I got my green card, and her I-130 was approved(she’s in a different country). I got her welcome letter from National Visa Center and I did everything that they asked for on behalf of my husband. my only problem is that they want a copy of my husband 2022 tax transcript and he refuses to give it to me. I never knew people can be so wicked. any advice on what to do. please

It’s never luck. It’s always God
N.B. I always pray to God I wanted my I-485 approved before my driver’s license expires on October 21st, 2023 and guess what, my I-485 was approved on October 20, 2023. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’m so grateful to God. all the best to everyone.

According to a Tier 2 officer I spoke with, even though my I-140 was initially denied, he said that my I-485 shouldn't have been denied because I had a pending I-290B (motion to reopen I-140) at the time, and as such it was an ERRONEOUS move on the part of whoever that officer was! The Tier 2 officer then placed a request to NSC for my I-485 to be reopened, since my I-140 was later approved.
However, this singular erroneous act already created painful ripple effects for me in terms of revoked combo card (which wasn't even expired!), job loss (because I couldn't work with a revoked card), financial hardship, medical issues etc... all of which I still suffer now...
Well, I know God never fails. I trust He is working in my favour and all (EVERYTHING) will be well!
So Dear Lord, please perfect your word, finish what you have already started, bring ease to this exhaustion, put a beautiful end to my immigration process, give me favourable ripple effects, and take all the glory in Jesus name! Amen

I-130 file in 2018 and still waiting
My US citizens sister file I-130 for me on January 2018. 6 years later which will be in 2 months still nothing from USCIS yet. I finally called them Wednesday and they told me it will take 24-26 more months to get a decision. Why California service center is so slow compared to Texas service center?
