No status change but have news from congressman
I have applied for Vawa and i485 in July, 2019.
Vawa was finally approved this year in April.
i485 case moved to NBC (the last I have been notified), request for evidence (medical) sent and recieved.
No news since then and that has been 5 months, soon to be 6 months now.
Online status still shows nothing but that they have received my medical.
I reached out to congressman due to inactivity (processing timeframe has been broken long ago) and due to lack of information when I called NBC an agent told me that they dont have my case (which they do I have official uscis letter that jurisdictionhas been moved to nbc).
This morning I received email from congressman saying that they have information about my case and I have been denied on October 3 because I didnt show up for interview on September 28. I have NEVER received interview invitation and even uscis status online doesnt show that interview has been scheduled therfore I could not have possibly known.
Anyone had this experience???

I am so happy 1 of my baby was approved.. I send in both application at the same time….but one got approved, while the other got a RFE.

CR-1 interview appointment at Djibouti vs. Riyadh
hello everyone I am trying to compare the wait time for an interview at Djibouti and Riyadh. does anyone know how long does it take in Riyadh, my case is currently at Djibouti but I am thinking to transfer to another embassy to make the processing go faster.

both my I-130 & I-765 were approved 6+ months ago. they issued me RFE for bonafide stuff and received 3 months ago.
