Any 2021 aos filers still waiting?
Hi all!
I came to the US in Sept 2021 on K-1, got married in Oct 2021 and filed I-485 in Nov 2021.
Had biometrics and RFE in Dec 2021, which we responded to it the same week.
It’s been silence ever since. We contacted our senator last week to see if they can do anything, but so far they’ve been silent after we sent the application.
Our patience and sanity is starting to wear thin and we’re wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? Thanks!

rfe
just got a notif saying it uscis is asking for “request for initial evidence”. i’m still waiting for the mail to arrive but feeling a little anxious… my question is: what is the rfe usually about for eb3 unskilled applicants? btw my medical is still valid (jan 23) could the college degree and the job not being related be a problem? thanks guy 🙏
combo card approved today
I was waiting on a response to my i485 application as today was my 59 days since rfe for medical was received and emma agents kept telling me I needed to wait 60 days but today my i765 & 131 combo card approval notice was there. and i485 is still pending. anyone have experience with this?

Post - interview silence
Had the marriage green card interview on Tuesday. the officer did not approved on the spot and said he needed more time to review our application. we had changed three items on the form while in the interview. he said things looked good and we should know before the end of the week. we haven’t heard anything since. should we be concerned?

I’m a Canadian citizen. I’m based in Houston, Texas.
130 was expedited via Emma because I’m a doctor applying for a residency position. “My progress” bar was at 6months at the time of approval.

i765 i131 i130 i485 status change on the same day
I filed my case on April 2023. i765 and i131 were approved on Sunday, October 8th. On the same day both i130 and i485 were updated to actively review. Noting that this is the second time that the i485 becomes actively review. Does that mean the approval of the combo card finally reminded someone to look at my i130 and i485 cases (dead inside)..
Emma told me that i485 is at Seattle field office and i130 was transferred to Seattle from NBC back on June.
Does anyone have the similar experience? It has been almost 20 days since the status update. But I still hope this is a good sign of getting approved soon…
