How long for response to RFE?
RFE was for medical. This has been a long time coming and hopefully we will have interview waived. Charleston is FO. Spouse, US citizen. my question is, anybody else have similar time-line? how long until next notification (interview or waived)?

@janice smith i got my EAD on biometrics day and didn’t get an RFIE until 155 days. not uncommon. just means you’re not going to be approved in 2 months 😭

well, we just got yet another rfe. today. requesting documentation to support our marriage is real. because obviously whatever we sent in 2+ years ago was insufficient. but that's ok! we'll send in whatever we need to and cross fingers that this process will be over soon.

we were originally Atlanta, but we moved a little further south last year when we bought our house and that changed the office. we didn't know it was different when we moved. and while Charleston is taking their time, they are much faster than Atlanta.
