why I don’t get it
why is it some people get a RFE just after they filled there case ?, an some people waiting a year are more before get rfe ?
I have seen cases where it took 5 months are less to get rfe , and other cases year are two, I just don’t understand, I don’t get it at all

if you are only waiting for medical RFE, I will advise you to go do your medical and interfile it without RFE, I did and got approved in 10days. I am here to help if you need help doing it. good luck 🍀

someone on here got their whole 485 approved in 63 days. its infuriating. I don’t get it.

@favor me👩🏽💼 I don’t know what the rfe would be cause from I filled I don’t get one an I didn’t submit any with my documents when I was filing, but the online account I do submit all the evidence there
