As of now NVC is reviewing documents that were submitted on November 1 and I have submitted my documents on November 6th. I wanted to know if my documents is being reviewed now or if it’ll be reviewed by tomorrow.

How long did it take to receive the outcome if you reach out to your congress on missing I-512L of an approved I-131 case?

I-131 got approved on August 28th - still not received the I-512L. Just heard from the congress, that they sent the inquiry and it could take 45 days to hear back. Please tell me it didn’t take that long for you if you resolved similar issue with congress. Please share your experience 🙏

Hey guys , I have a question that may sound strange but I know that in a small number of cases it’s feasible… Since visa bulletin has slow down completely , and who knows when it will be our turn for approval , I am wondering if anyone managed to get a tourist visa while in the process for family visa, so that they can at least visit their family ?

Applying for OPT EAD with pending I485

Hello everyone. I’m due to graduate this December and I have a pending I-485 (together with I-765 and I-131). There hasn’t been any movement on my case. Do you think this could affect my OPT application that im just about to submit? Anyone that has experienced this will truly be appreciated.
