April Visa Bulletin 2024
So they will advance one month in April 2024? So they spend 3 months to issue green cards just for one month September 2020?
Does anyone know what is the most backlogged months for EB3 unskilled from 2020 to December 2021?

This is quite extream comprehension of visa bulletin. There are a huge backlog in other country from PD 2017-2019 and they are working on those cases while they are issuing some of 2020 PD’s. It’s not 2020 itself.
