VAWA Based I-485 UPDATE
On June 27, 2023 The USCIS received my medicals and they updated the status. The status was updated today, but the same info as before, just with today’s date.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
“On June 27, 2023, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence”
“On December 12, 2023, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence”

They did the same thing with me. my dates were June 14 and Nov 28, however same status.

I sent an email to the Congressman, on Nov 28 they responded back to me saying that the USCIs liaison was flagged, then on that day my process had a updated “date” however with the same status

mine will be 32 weeks tomorrow since they received my medical. still no update even they received my rfe!

same to me @Nick A they received my rfe on 22 may 2022. but now when i login to my account in the bottom there is green ✅ and written “response received on Tuesday 5 dec ,2023

@Thais Oliveira Identical with my case. I contacted the Congressman’s office and they submitted a request to USCIS like 3 weeks ago.

Call uscis phone number and enter your receipt number and listen and see if the update you currently have is same as the one they posted.
