I made an inquiry with my senator about a month ago
and I received this about my vawa: Currently, the case is pending assignment to an officer for review.
is this good? does this mean its passed background check? and now waiting final juridiction ?
please advise based on your experience🙏🙏

How to speed I-751 approval?
Hi all,
Need some suggestions from people who got approved faster. I have been waiting since Aug,2023. Filed jointly with an attorney and still together with my husband. Documents submitted around 10 pictures with family and us together, filed taxes, electric bills, bank statements, car insurance, bonafide letters from both side parents. Still no response. received extension letter and gave finger prints in September 2023. What else do they need to get this approved?
The attorney keeps saying lets apply for citizenship.
At the moment, can’t apply for citizenship for back home situations and parents. So my only option is to receive my 10y grean card. Not sure what’s the complications to review those documents.
Any suggestions?
