same situation people will recommend you to file mandamus but don’t ever do that because GC is not something that you have a right to get basically you’re saying give me decision weather is deniel approvel very simple for them to give you denial like you’re not qualified. mandamus only is for people who pass the quiz of citizenship and refused to attend oaths

You are supposed to wait 1 full year and being present in the United States then file for green card but lawyers say you don't have to wait that long again. After then you start waiting
