Luis torresApr 11, 2026
oh my God now I understand I I only have 45 days so I want to do the fingerprints so I’m still got a long way to go to get Lee’s permit for work or the BFD
Luis torresApr 11, 2026
45 days from last day that I went to do my fingerprints
Isabel CortesApr 13, 2026
@Luis torres yeah if you're lucky your permit will be approved before 15 months so you have a lot a way to wait in God's name we have to pray and have faith that everything will be approved soon
good luck
Luis torresApr 13, 2026
yes, that’s right. Just waiting and got and see what happened. Keep praying. Good luck for yourself too and anybody who’s the same position?

T, U, VAWA case work permits are taking very long with my own cases. I can totally understand your frustration. USCIS’s own processing page specifically tells applicants to use the processing-times tool and to identify the correct category first to determine average wait times.
