Hi family, i got more documents from courts and other things after i sent my vawa aug 2024, there is any way i can send them those evidence?

you have to wait till for them to send you and RFE

you don’t have to wait. I filed VAWA Feb 2024 I sent unsolicited evidence upon my lawyers advice October 2024, October 2025 I saw a update “correspondence was received” so that indicates to me they received my evidence.

@k d it’s not recommended to send additional documents without RFE since it could cause delays for your application.

@Flower 🌷 and that’s understandable but because I was unable to initially send my declaration my law advice we should send it and because she is my lawyer I listened to her. I also had other evidence at that time so I included them. Even if it may cause delays a RFE will definitely cause delays so I prefer to take my chances and have them have everything than risk getting a RFE.
