Case Updated in Lawfully only
Hi everyone, did anyone else have Lawfully update the same “Case Remains Pending” status with a new date, but the official USCIS website still shows the old date?
My PD is current now (May 2022, EB4/SIJS), and only Lawfully refreshed the date to Apr 3, 2026 with the exact same message. (case remains pending)
I checked USCIS official case status and there is no real update there.
Has this happened to anyone before approval? Was it just a Lawfully sync or did your case move soon after?

I believe this is what they call ghost update and it’s a good thing. you should expect an update soon.

my pd is August 25 2021 and mine updated was the same since last four years nothing changed at @g f

same thing happened to me too where my CRP date changed to Apr 6th on Lawfuly but not on the USCIS site

@tarek joni go to the USCIS website and check if you can request an inquiry. They go by the day you applied for your I485 not your priority date, the priority date is only to tell them if there’s visas available to you but the processing time will also depende on the date you applied

A refreshed date with the same “Case Remains Pending” wording usually just means the file was touched or re-queued internally, not that approval is imminent. If your PD is current, that is at least better than total silence, but it is not a reliable “decision soon” signal.
