waiting for i485. 🥲
My i130 was approved last week. My i485 still RFE RCVD. Anybody here that had or has same situation? Adjusting from b1/b2, US Citizen Spouse. I submitted my i130 online and the rest is thru mail.

Hello Everybody, So my friend’s mom filed for her son when he was under 18 and has gone through medicals, interviews and everything. They even took his passport and has had it since last December with no update. Every time they inquire they get no response or try again in 90 days.
What can be done here?

I have the chance to change my visa interview to Jordan instead of Djibouti but I don’t want to regret it later. Do you know any yemenis who had their interview in Jordan please tell us your experience, are they putting a lot of people under administrative processing and is the interview easier than Djibouti?
