Perm timeframe
im going from H1B to Green card,
my PW-PERM was submit on 03/16/23
and the wage determination was approved on 09/15/23
my lawyer is getting ready to file the perm
can anyone give an idea of the timeframe and how soon can i change jobs after the approval

@Carlos S you can't change job after PERM certification. you should wait until your company files I-140 and I-485 (together!) after 180 days you can find the similar job with similar responsibilities. these days Perm takes about a year. assuming the timeframe stays the same approximately 1,5 years and more.
