EB1 - ROW approval timeline
Everything was filed concurrently at Texas Service center. i485 was transferred to NBC just after i140 was approved.
We’re from Scandinavia - hence ROW.
We moved to the US in February 2022, started working on the GC with lawyers after the summer holidays, filed in November. Requested PP in February, received an RFE on our i140, our guess was to buy some time for themselves. We took a little while at getting back to them (responded in June) - we weren’t really in a hurry.
Our biometrics came later than the average timeline, but nothing we worried about.
Our interview was waived.
i131 was denied because you’re not allowed to
leave the country during the application pending. That was not something we had checked, honestly. And we did travel, several times. Clearly not an issue :-)

How can the intended immigrant provide income?
SCENARIO …
Let’s say my EAD got approved and I got a job 1 week later. My husband income is not enough but there is an option to add the immigrants income, however, since the job is new and I have not filed any taxes as yet, is it possible to still add the income and provide a job letter as proof? what else is needed ? what can be done?
