do u think its worth to fill k-3 with i-130

@Rik K-G how long does yours have?

@Henny T We are at 78 days for the I 130 and 37 days for the K3. I am at Austria, Vienna. My husband is in South California. We married some months ago here in Vienna, when he visited me for 3 months, after I had visited him before. To get all the documents together just for the marriage took so long already! We got us an immigration lawyer from US for the Visas into the boat we work with, so the process is hopefully as smooth as possible. We decided to give the K3 a try after we talked with our lawyer. It doesn't hurt and she said that it has the possibility to speed things up, cause USCIS often approves the I 130 faster then (and declines the K3 if I 130 was submitted before) cause they don't want to do the same work twice and have two similar cases open for one couple. So to say to add a bit of pressure. What's your story?

@Rik K-G pretty similar. I live in Pennsylvania and my husband lives in the Dominican Republic. We dated for around a year and 8 month after I went to see him (SOO MANY TIMES) like 10 times and submitted all our materials in september with a lawyer as well. I am at 99 days for the i-130 and 35 days for the K-3. I really hope this works out!! Lets keep eachother posted please!!
