DACA Renewal
Hello! I submitted my DACA renewal paperwork on June 23, 2023. My paperwork expired on 10/12/23. I feel like it has taken longer than usual to hear anything back from USCIS. I’m having a hard time submitting a request or message to USCIS and their website is really no help. This is my third renewal and I’ve never waited this long in the past. Does anybody have any insight on why it might be taking this long? Any advice is appreciated.
Embassy in Bogota
Is anyone doing their process in Bogota? It is my understanding that our case has been ready in Bogota since October 3 but we have not received any next steps. Does anyone know when we will hear from the embassy so we can make an interview appointment? Also did you receive info by email or mail? Thanks!
Removal Proceedings Dismissed
Hi everyone ! I wanted to know if anyone has any experience to help me out . I concurrently filed for my I130 and I485 based on my marriage Feb this year, but I was in removal proceedings so I know USCIS doesn’t have jurisdiction on AOS. I just got my joint dismissed motion copy. Should I upload this on my document evidence? I don’t know how else or how quick they can see I’m not in removal anymore . If anyone has experience please share! Thank you!
Maximum waiting time after - "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"
Those who received their decision on I-485 after submitting RFE for MEDICALS, can you please update your maximum waiting time after your case status changed to - "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received".
I see lots of posts. However, people do not come back to their posts after their I-485 is approved.
My case is currently at NBC and my priority date is current. I am EB2-NIW ROW.

I-130 was transferred to queens local field office
Hi folks!
i got the news of my case got transferred to local field office today in queens office, ny .
what does it mean? how long will my case takes to get approved? (my online processing time showed 1 week when the case got transferred, and now it shows 4 weeks)
did anyone also get approved in queens NY FO?
please share your experiences.
