he doesn’t need to be current to have interview , curious question here is why he is having an interview on eb3 since almost all of them are getting waived . nonetheless, good luck with your interview

My PD date (EB1 C) is becoming current next month. Case got transferred from TSC to NBC. Can the local FO complete the case, and if there is any interview can it be scheduled even though my date is not current? if this is the case then technically everything can happen except the i485 Approval until Jan 1 2024?
