received RFE on October 30 through MAIL, never updated on the app, Anyways then send it back on december 5, They received RFE respond on December 7 still not updates anyone went to the same thing?

I went through the same thing. They received my RFE response on November 21st, but no update yet. And honestly, I don't believe I’ll have an update in the middle of the holidays even though my PD is current.

@Li S do u think the app is gonna update the fact that they received already or still the same? because o FedEx it says already delivered in front desk but the app is stuck with fingerprints

@Geo Castellon mine is stuck on RFE was sent. And my deadline is Sunday, but it was sent 1 month ago. I tried to ask for a live agent through Emma today because I’m worried about the deadline (even though I received notification from the USPS that it was delivered on November 21st). But Emma was down today. I might try tomorrow again.

@Geo Castellon I just contacted the live agent through Emma. She said it might take up to 60 days to have an update. Not very helpful anyway. Let's continue with the waiting game.

@Geo Castellon, she said to wait at least 60 days after responding the RFE to receive further information from them about the case. 😞
