I131 advance parole
hi, we applied for parents AOS in Jul 2022. Mom got her EAD and advance parole in Jun 2023. Dad only got his EAD in June 2023. Dad’s AP processing time shows outside normal processing window so we opened service request 8/24/2023. No response so attorney opened service request on 9/20/2023. In early October we contacted congress person and they said the I131 was put in expedited queue but no response till now. We got a letter for the attorney service request saying it was opened by someone not authorized to represent. Now when I chat with Emma live agent, every agent exits chat after replying with check processing time and open service request if needed. should I open more service requests? Why are we not getting his advance parole? service center is NBC.

Guys,, Visa Bulletin affects I485 or Form I130, I received approval for I130 after approximately five months of waiting, and my spouse has applied for N400 and will soon become a citizen. I asked Emma if we should update the I485 after my spouse becomes a citizen and the response was that I485 would not be affected!!

unsolicited evidence
my lawyer didn’t send any evidence with our application , she said we must wait till we receive an RFE for it. I’ve seen some people saying they uploaded evidence on the “unsolicited evidence” tab on the USCIS account. has anyone done this? she suggested better to wait till they request it but I don’t see harm in trying ? any advice of someone who’s done that?

I am so happy to share this news. I just got my GC approval notice this morning. They sent me an RFE on the 3rd Nov, I responsed to them on the 9th Nov. it is just another medical request. and they just approved my GC today. my PD is 29 June 2020.
I wish all of you guys will get your soon too.
