Greencard approval- my long journey has ended
guys,
I am so happy to share this news. I just got my GC approval notice this morning. They sent me an RFE on the 3rd Nov, I responsed to them on the 9th Nov. it is just another medical request. and they just approved my GC today. my PD is 29 June 2020.
I wish all of you guys will get your soon too.

This is what the Emma agent told me:
"Your case is under the jurisdiction of the NBC, which is the office that responded to the service request I described above. Your A-file was digitally forwarded to the local office on November 3"
The service request response I received was from my local field office, not NBC like that Emma agent said....
I sent in my RFE which was for medical back in August 2023. It has been 80 days now.

NVC interview estimate Mumbai
I submitted all docs to NVC. they came back with the an correction for me to sign the form physically. other all documents are accepted for me and my spouse.
once i am DQ, when shall i expect my interview?

i was supposed to get DQ this week but due to the correction. when should i expect an answer
Its been now 2 years since my brother living in USA filled the I130 form (online fill), and case being actively reviewed, is there anyone still waiting since 2021 ?
Also i dont understand what is the vise bulletin and is it related with my case for example ?

Hello All!
I paid my immigrant fees prior to entering the US.
And i came in the 30th of October. While tracking the case status it says “immigrant visa fee payment received”.
Will the status change? or i can get my GC within 90 days without the status changes?

Did not receive biometrics appointment.
Please, anybody here with experience of not receiving a notification for I-485 biometrics appointment that was missed?
I felt it was taking a bit long and chatted online with an agent via Emma who said it was scheduled for the 27th October. She however submitted a rescheduling request and said I should expect a response in 30 days. Is it advisable to just do a walk in for biometrics with the receipt notice?
