Hellow guys . if someone hv same experience . my pd is August 2022 . got the rfe same month submitted online . after 10 months approved my work permit nd traveling document . nd now online account it’s says Monday September 18.2023 1.30 pm we will receive the evidence . nd I talk to Emma there they says your case been transferred to local field office . does anyone hv same experience how long more take to get approved ?

hello fellows, I went for interview since September 2021,nothing has changed, today I checked my status saying we began reviewing ur I130, we mailed you a notice informing you the action we intend to take, please fellow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials, did any one received such mail from them, (##uscis)

mine I130 got approved yesterday
#my husband is us citizen he came down to my home country to be with me for awhile
but my problem he can’t access his uscis account here
the keep sending code to his number
and he SIM card can’t work here
I am worried how can I see my approval notice
is there any number on that notice I will used to login or what?
please help mine

Approved on 3rd attempt
I finally got approved after applying three time. On the first attempt, I applied without a lawyer. My petition was really bad that I knew I deserved to be denied.
I decided to use a lawyer on the 2nd attempt. Lawyer didn't do a good job on the national importance section so I got denied.
Two weeks after the 2nd denial, I applied again. This time, without a lawyer. I was pretty focused heavily on the national importance of my proposed endeavor. Thankfully, I got approved.
