hello! Have you already written to the senator? Google Senator of Your State, then go to the website, there will be a Help with federal agency section. usually there is a form that you need to fill out or pdf that you need to download and fill out) send to them. Then they will answer you by email and usually for this or another form in PDF again. You explain the situation and the reason for your request in it and in the email. the senator can find out what's wrong with the case and help

@Kathrine e on your documents tab did you check if they have approved..that's where I checked my I-130 found they have approved it..I called them and they answered
