Concurrent filing I-140/I-485 and EAD/AP combo
Hi,
I’m ROW with expired B1/B2 visa on 12/29, PD 12/18/2023 concurrent filing of EB1A/AOS regular processing, plus seperate filing for EB2-NIW PD 12/22/2023, all in NSC for now. My PD is current for EB1A.
Is it possible to get EAD/AP before the approval of I-140? Do any one of you have an experience of this?

Yes, it's possible to get EAD / AP before I140. I received EAD first and then received AP after 3 months. I140 got approved after 4 months (exactly 1 year after I applied with concurrent filing). Mine was regular processing and not premium.

Yes it is possible.
However, it will be valid as long as your I-485 is still pending approval.
Mine was received ~3 months after filing.
