I totally feel you my friend. I will suggest to download apps such as Case Tracker and Lawfully and wait for notifications. Don’t check status every few mins, it is going to make life miserable. This is easy said than done, I check status multiple times per day as well. We all want this to end.

@DA AR , as far as i understand its bit of a luck for one of the officers to pickup your file and process it after you are current. most probably/hopefully any time now to 3 months??

@Ati Ozk hopefully you are right 🤞 we became current in December, so I hope for news in upcoming 2 months … who knows when actually. I checked on Case Hilites,28% of 5000 cases with number close to ours are approved , and 46% are still in “fingerprints are taken”

@DA AR sure. my analysis on the current status says if you are pending, they process the rest and finish and then they restart the remaining. checing the progress on pending, i am more pessimistic , afraid on waiting more. more whisky, more stress

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
