How to prove my native law and custom marriage was dissolved in Nigeria, and I also sent in the death certificate of my ex wife, because I requested it from her dad, but uscis kept telling me to prove the total dissolve of both of us, am here in the states 9 years now can someone help me please ?
EAD renewal
I’m trying to apply for my EAD /AP renewal myself.
I downloaded the forms online from USCIS website
would appreciate your advise on the correct USCIS postal address where I should fedex my renewal EAD/AP application along with the list of supporting documents I should send with it.
also, how many days of extension will I get from my employer based on the receipt notice?

My I-751 case status just changed today, almost two weeks after the interview. I'd like to share my experience with the USCIS Potomac Center.
The interview was brief and straightforward. Both my husband and I entered the officer's room, and he appeared calm and friendly. The questions asked were:
Who is he (my husband)?
Where does he live?
How did you meet?
What did he do when you met him?
Afterwards, the officer reviewed the documents we provided:
Electric bill with both our names
Dental insurance
Our child's birth certificate
However, the officer deemed these insufficient due to a lack of updates and requested additional evidence such as tax returns and photos. My husband explained our situation, mentioning the absence of a joint account and limited photos. I jokingly asked if we needed to undergo another interview, to which the officer responded with a laugh, assuring that it wasn't necessary but providing a paper for submitting additional evidence on the following Wednesday.
Two days later, I submitted a package containing photos, an Amazon delivery receipt with our home address, and a letter from a neighbor to the USCIS. Unfortunately, security prevented me from reaching the officer's room, instructing me to sign a document and place it with the package in a drop box at the front desk.
Two weeks later, I checked my status, which had changed to "Interview was canceled." Two days after that, it updated to "Approved." I hope this experience proves helpful to someone enduring the I-751 wait for nearly two years, as I did!

I got rfe for medicals even tho I submitted them with the initial application. I sent out my medicals today and got the notice of case remains pending. I know my pd is not current but could I still get approved?
is it a good sign that says case remains pending or should I be worried? EAD and AP are approved already

thank you everyone in the community for sharing tips and their journey . Rfe was about providing evidence of managerial duties in US and abroad. I work for large corporate and worked in the UK before coming to US. it took 2 months for lawyers to draft the response, we submitted letters with responsibilities signed by US and UK firms and also screenshots of emails, calendars to evidence my managerial duties
