Case status change (RFE)
Hi,
I received Request for Initial and Additional Evidence status on uscis case status page on Oct 13th,2023, within week i received the detailed RFE document. While I was working on RFE response, I just checked uscis case status yesterday, surprisingly case status was seen change to 'Request for initial evidence was sent'. Is this some system avnormality or the earlier RFE status has become null n void. I am not getting what's going on here. Can anyone help and advise on this. Thanks.

Recently have our I-130 interview , status changed to actively reviewing after the interview. Someone with similar situation? How long does it takes until further approval or RFE?

Stay unemployed waiting for case to be adjusticated?
Hi guys. So I’ve been working for my sponsor for a year now and just got laid off, since my sponsor has an 1-year agreement with my agency and they don’t want to employ me after 1 year. My question is can I stay unemployed and waiting until my i485 is approved? My PD is 02/21.

I have been waiting for 5 years Green Card… I Appreciate the USCIS agent who are working on my case. May they and their family be well and happy. thanks America for accepting me. Hopefully I have Green Card soon.
