what do I do
i was already dqed then added my son on my case while the petitioner was still on a greencard. the dq changed but then the petitioner became a citizen they dropped the beneficiary but looks they didn’t change the dq back what do I do I keep on sending inquiries but no response from nvc. please help guys
Frustrating
This wait is certainly frustrating. I can’t see how persons who filed after with similar cases are being approved while I can barely get any movement on my case. It has been a whole 11 months and 12 days since I responded to RFE and no action since. Like when is it gonna be 🙄🙄
