@uscislin linuscis @Na geta ok i filed vawa alin sept 2021 since than they send me RFE notice which I didn’t received yet..by till now i do not know what they asked me to submit and if i check that online they said request for evidence was sent…i tried everything i called uscis..talk with emma..but no response…my lawyer keep telling me that it is uscis error..they did not ask you anything to submit…this is my last option to write letter to vermont which i did last week..and hopefully they response…and if you guys know any other way to solve this out please share your ideas..thanks

you can take congressman help to do inquiry on your behalf

You don’t have to go back to that state to ask congressman’s help.

Find who is the congressman for the current state you are residing and just ask them for help.

They will email you a form just fill it out and if you have any documents attach them to the email, that might help the congressman when they reach out to USCIS on your behalf

Yes nothing to worry about the address when you’re submitting your expedite request

why not u chage address some one Thaie get your mail
