Live Agent I-290b “Case Ready to Review”
I spoke with a live agent two days ago and he said that my case shows that my case was received and a receipt notice sent. He stated that there’s really no specific processing time for 1-290b. I submitted the motion in July, 2023
I called today and the lady I spoke with said my case is ready for review. Does anyone know what that means? I don’t have that update online as it’s still showing received and receipt sent. Thank you.
