Family Green Card and i-90
My journey is finally over, had a rocky one and crossed a couple hurdles.. started in 2018 but my application got returned because my lawyer didjt send the fees in so i wasted 9 months waiting.. then got another lawyer and re started the process then in 2021 i got approved and my green card was sent.
when i got my greencard they made an error on how many years i was to get, i was given 8 months because they put resident since 2020 instead of 2021 .. i was so devastated and had to send the card back for correction and this took about 2.5 years.. in 2023 October i got denied for my i-90 to replace my errored card.. again this messed me up and had to pay to re open my case by filing an i-290b and within 2 months i got my 10 yr green card and i can finally breathe.. also had a great lawyer that helped me work everything out.
