i130 account acceptance notice after 6 months
I know some folks already posted the same thing. But my husband (petitioner) received his account acceptance notice after 6 months since we submitted our application. For whoever had the same experience, did y’all have your cases handled by National benefit center? If so, does that mean the case has been transferred from the local field office back to the NBC again? I will ask Emma on Monday where the case is. Hopefully this is a sign to get approved soon…If anyone had similar experience, please share. Not trying to expect too much anyway. Maybe it’s some officer simply checking if something is missing before they leave office for Thanksgiving vacation and found out some notices were forgotten to mail out..
Update: Just contacted Emma. They said my case is at NBC now. They disconnected when I continue asking when the case was transferred back to NBC from my local field office… not sure if I can trust those people but hope this is true
Update2: Called the customer service. They said my case is actually at my local field office (dead
I-130 Approved 🥰
It hasn’t updated on the beneficiary’s account yet, but I saw on my (petitioner) USCIS account that my husband’s I-130 was approved today! For reference, I am a US citizen, and we are filing concurrently from within the US. We are feeling so blessed and thankful that this process has been easy and quick thus far. I am sincerely praying that all of you—especially those who’ve been waiting much longer than us—get your approvals soon. 🖤

On February 27th. I got a RFE from USCIS that they needed income taxes for affidavit in my I-485 form. I don’t know what field office is working my I-485, they aren’t showing anything in my account
I signed up to my I-485 online account by USCIS, but they’re not showing me anything about what field office is working my I-485. All of a sudden I’m still waiting my I-130 approval, they’re working in Nebraska by adjust status. How long they’re taking for an approval by adjustment of status?

APPROVED AFTER YESTERDAYS INTERVIEW!!!!!!! ( For some reason the timeline shows a wrong day, we got approved today after 601 days of waiting)
FINALLY!!!! It has been a long road !!! With RFE for taxes that our lawyer’s office messed up and lost , we even had to reopen the case . Then, my case just got frozen , I did not hear anything from USCIS for 3 months after I-130 approval and on October 13th I decided to use a help of my congressman and they replied next day after I submitted a request, in two days my I-485 interview was scheduled for November 17th . We had our interview yesterday morning, it went very smooth , the officer was chatting with my husband while printing some of our joint documents (bank statements, jointly filed taxes, joint insurances (we have a lot of medical and car insurances), they were relaxed cracking jokes ,she briefly went through our album and I also had a small album with the little tickets , places we’ve visited together - she really liked that part- I only was asked questions from my I-485 : dob, place of birth , visa type and when I arrived , 5-6 yes/no questions and that’s it! In the end , she said everything looks good she had no more questions to us, but the system was not working and we were told to wait for an update! And just to note : we are a couple with a different ethnic background and a big age gap. Houston FO. If you still waiting , do a research, use any tools you can to help your case, and believe! I am sure you will be next approved!!! Ask me questions if you have any!GOOD LUCK!!!
