Please Help!
Hi everyone
Here is EB2 NIW filer. I had an interview in August 2023, and due to lack of visa number I got CRP right after the interview. As of Jan 2024, my case number is current and I just noticed that I got the "interview cancelled and notice ordered" update, an hour later I got another update that "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview!" Does anyone have any idea? PD: September

are you filing married or single? if married and marriage is less than 2 years you will likely get called for interview.

i am married, but it’s more than 2 years. and we did the interview few months ago. it’s so confusing!

I am EB2 NIW as well. I just got notified of interview scheduled as well. I am not married so will I get another notification of it being waived?
