processing time jumping around mean transfer?
I was “taking longer than expected” (after 5 months) on my 130/131 until my 485 got a RFIE with a group of IOE09207’s in mid October. on that day processing time went from 3 months then to 6 months on the same day. then about a month later the time came down to 5 months which makes sense, then i got a notice for the petitioner to sign up for an online account (after 6 months! lol) and now this week my time went back up to 6 months. i dont put a lot of weight on the processing times but does anyone have experience with things changing like this and then getting an active review? seems like something is happening but my 130/131 are still on received and my 485 says received your response…
What other additional documentation can I supplement to support eligibility for the benefit of i 485 while application is pending?
Hi everyone ! So today I received the email below from my Local Field Office to drop off my medical, in addition , it tells me if I have anything extra , that I can also submit it. Has anyone add extra stuff for the AOS, if so, I appreciate any guidance! thanks in advance!
Greetings,

An initial review determined that a signed Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, has not yet been submitted in connection with your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. The Form I-693 should be submitted by bringing the documentation in an envelope, sealed and signed by the civil surgeon. Please see instructions https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-693instr.pdf
A list of designated civil surgeons can be obtained by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283, or via the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov and using the MyUSCIS Find a Doctor tool at my.uscis.gov/findadoctor. You will need to provide your zip code or address. If you are hearing impaired, please call the USCIS Contact Center TDD at 1-800-767-1833.
While review of the application is pending, you can supplement the file with additional documentation that you believe may support your eligibility for the benefit. It is not necessary to resend any documents that were included with the initial filing.
If you wish to submit this documentation, you may do so by bringing the documentation to the Queens Field Office and drop them off with one of our available staff members. Please bring a copy of this email with you when you arrive at our office.
Our address is as follows:
