Hello,
Has anyone experienced their case being moved to "Case Remains Pending" due to unavailable visas, with prority date being current? Is there a hidden Visa bulletin that only USCIS can see?
If yes, how long did it take to adjudicate and get approved? Has anyone submitted a Case request to verify if this was an error?

About NVC and Embassy

I hope God bless us all and we get what we all want and speedily.
I was doing some research about interview scheduling and under the NVC page I read that when your dq it still stays with them. all the embassy does is provide dates for interviews and NVC books the appointment on a first in, first out basis before they send to the embassy and then to the beneficiary and sponsor 🤔
Now i understand that it's hard to tell when they will schedule one for an interview but thank God for Lawfully family, we get to follow up with others in our respective embassy and it gives us hope that our time will come.
H4 COS + H4 EAD processing timeline
Hello, we applied for H4 COS + EAD in July 2023 with start date of January 2023. However H4 got approved in July and EAD is still pending. Our application is in Texas Service center and when I track applications in similar block as mine, I see applications which were received after my submission were approved. On USCIS website they mention that they process applications the order in which they are received. Looks like it is not the case. Any thoughts on this? #I765
