Case transferred to Cincinnati FO 10/26/2023
Is anyone waiting for 485 to be approved from Cincinnati FO, how long does it take 485 to be approved from Cincinnati FO. FAD current from 1Jan2024.
EB1-I140 approved Jan 2023, EAD received Aug2023, AP pending, PD Aug2019
Medicals submitted with I485in Mar,2023. Case was in NBC.

@Amit Kumar Verma case processing time at Cincinnati FO is 12.5 months, is it from date of transfer of case, or date of filing of I 485? What’s the RFE on your medical.
