My PD is March 13,2023 still waiting Texas Service center

my pd Jan 2023 still waiting.

for i130 approximately 24 months

me 20january 2022 and i still waiting

PD December 23, 2022. California service center, still waiting. know someone with PD July 2022, California, still waiting too.

Which case did the California service arrive at?

Sept 2022, still waiting.

mine is 19th February 2022,still actively reviewing .

october 22, they asked rfe i sent it still waiting

@Ilkersa Beqarí it’s currently about 3 years for i130 approval and then another 4 or 5 years for nvc if you are doing consular processing

@Guiodo Mert why do you keep on spreading negativity everywhere please stop with your comments and stop demotivating people they’re already stressed

nobody knows when one can get approval or interview it can take months, days or years you don’t know that and no one does to so please stop

@A A I’m just reading the USCIS numbers. I believe the truth is more helpful so that you can be prepared for the long wait. I think it makes it easier. My lawyer told me it would be about 2 years when I got started. now we realize it’s going to be much longer than that and it makes it really hard for us because it doesn’t align with our life plans. I really really wish our lawyers had told us it would take that long, we would be better prepared mentally today. it’s not negativity to just look at the harsh reality of the process. delusion will be far worse if you are not prepared. now if you want people to believe f2a can take months or days as you mentioned, feel free to do so but that’s not the best way to help in my opinion
