NVC asked to add the beneficiary as a household member in I-864... why? what doed that means?

NVC asked to add the beneficiary as a household member in the I-864 form. why is that? what does it mean for my case.

house hold = (you and the beneficiary) not 1. if you got kids count all heads plus the beneficiary and input the number.
