hello, I am a little discouraged because I see a lot of ppl that get their bio appt a month after they get their receipt letter. I just need my work permit approved in order to keep my job, any recommendations?

Anxiety getting the best of me
I do not understand you get fast responses when paying legal fees but the moment you finish your payments its a struggle to get hold of your law firm or even get answers due to you. where is the empathy especiallyafter knowing your story 😩
This journey has taught me that no one truly cares, I have to be strong and tough for me.
Imagine not knowing if your work permit renewal has been sent to USCIS, or knowing why you don't have a notice of receipt after 3 months of signing and many more… yet it's a different projection to prospective clients… its truly sad… just here to rant… people pretend to care publicly but privately, they don't. I'm learning… 😪😔

i824 processing time
i am US Citizen. My i 130 approved in october 2023 but USCIS retained the case and asked me to file i 824 to let USCIS know to send my case to NVC. I filed i-824 in november 2023 and the send me receipt too. Can anyone let me know how long it will take to get my i824 approval and send my case to NVC? my service center in Vermont . Online it shows 18 months to process i 824. but i heared it depends on for what i 824 was filed because i 824 filling for many other actions
EAD/AP renewal send to Vermont service
Hi Vawa Family ,
I posted my EAD/ AP renewal to Vermont services center on 27th Nov. and my post got delivered the next day , but I haven’t received any receipt notice yet.
I filed it myself instead of paying my attorney, but now I have no way to follow up.
it’s been 2 weeks, I know it some of the receipts are delayed by a month.
my question is if I don’t hear from USCIS for a month can I file a renewal application again?
