EB1 people who applied in November 2023
Submitted biometrics early December 2023 and haven’t heard anything on EAD/AP/i485. anyone with similar timelines, please share!

Yes. My application was received on Nov 3rd. Biometrics done on Nov 29. I only applied for AOS. Got birth certificate rfe on December 16 and my response was received by USCIS on December 28.
