I-290B Question.
I’m new here. My I-140 NIW was denied in June, 2023 after responding to RFE. I sent I-290B motion to reopen/reconsider in July, 2023. How long do I wait before I can send an inquiry? I have seen different information online saying 90days but want to be sure.
I have tried to speak to a live agent but it doesn’t get past Emma or their AI. Thanks

how I can accelerate the inquiry process ?
I send an inquiry because my case is out of normal but there’s another way to do it ? how I can accelerate this process?

My God why it’s taking so long
hello everybody my case is been send it to different office every three months is that someone there have the same problem that I’m having now . now has been for months that they didn’t move it to another place. Is that a good sign?

So I applied for I-485 & I-130 April 2022…received RFE for both August 2022 and responded. In November 2022 I applied for VAWA. Up to this day I have received nothing, no change, no update. Now this morning I received notification that my I-130 is being actively reviewed. smh. What are they really doing at USCIS??
