RFE for I-130 Consular Processing
I have a question for those of you who were or are in a similar situation. I just received an RFE, however I’ll be out of the country for the next 15 days.. Does the RFE and required evidence show up in the documents tab, in my USCIS account? Trying to figure out if I should have someone pick up my mail while I’m gone.

Average time for I-130 approval
It’s been almost 7 month since I have filed for I-130 for my husband who lives in New Zealand (holding Residency but he is an Indian Citizen) and the case status haven’t been updated since 211 days which says “case was received and a receipt notice was sent”, at this point I have no idea how long I have to wait!
Is there anyone else who had filed for I-130 in end of April this year?
Please let me know if anyone can share anything related to this situation.

Finally!
This has been such a crazy experience. From dealing with depression and anxiety. I had to channel my energy to learning patience and finding healing through God, just to get me through the whole ordeal. I’m glad this is over and really wish the system gets it together.
