test passed but decision can not be made.
I had my interview on Dec 5. I passed the test but the Immigration Officer told me she didn't review my file before the interview so she will review the file at the end of the day and will update my status she even showed me my file she said it's simple and I don't see anything wrong but I have to review and sign. However, I am still waiting for status to be update. I don't know how much time this will take more. it's so frustrating. my interview was in Fairfax office.
Answer No in Public Charge But Received Approval
Hello all. Today my case status got changed to New Card Being Produced. I answered “No” to public charge question. So I am confused that the case was approved without any RFE. I asked my lawyer if I should inform USCIS and lawyer suggested not to inform USCIS. I filed I-485 based on an approved I-140 NIW. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.
TPS to AOS through marriage
Hello everyone! A couple of days ago I got recently approved for TPS (Venezuela) after 12 months waiting and I came to the US with a B1/B2 in 2018, got married to a USC late in 2019, overstayed my I-94 and for different reasons we couldn't file for AOS during all of this time, my questions are:
What are the current forms for filing for adjustment of status?
Does the form I-601 applies on my case?
Should I file again the form I-765 but through marriage or wait til the expiration of my current EAD and file?

case reopened
Family I am writing to update yall that our case has been reopened . Few things that I did ,I contacted the congress and senate and most especially since my congressman was already actively involved in my case , they were able to submit our correspondence and also show that we never got any notice .The battle still continues , we feel much better to have this decision reversed .All thanks and praise to God .
